Femikit Tablet is used to regulate menstruation within 63 days or 9 weeks of unwanted pregnancy. This medicine can easily normalize menstruation. There are instructions to use Femikit Tablet if pregnancy is at maximum 63 days. If the pregnancy is more than 9 weeks, you must consult a doctor.
The Femikit drug is manufactured with two types of ingredients, the first being a tablet containing mifepristone 200 mg. And the second 4 tablets contain 200 mcg of Misoprostol. The drug is marketed under the name Femikit by Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Limited. The Femikit Tablet is marketed by many companies under different names.

Dosage and Administration: Femikit tablets are to be taken in two ways. Complete the first dose under the supervision of a registered physician. The first step is to take Mifepristone 200 mg or larger tablet orally. Secondly, within 24-48 hours, Misoprostol 200 mcg or four small tablets should be kept under the tongue for at least half an hour. No saliva should be spilled. After half an hour, when the medicine is melted, then you have to drink enough water. Go to the hospital 10 to 14 days after taking mifepristone. Ultrasonographic scan should confirm whether an abortion has occurred. Those who still become pregnant are more likely to have fetal deformities. So doctors recommend surgery / MVA to make menstruation regular.
Side effects: In most cases, bleeding and menstrual irregularities may occur after using the Femikit tablet. Also dizziness, pelvic pain, nausea, vomiting, feeling more pain in the abdomen, physical weakness. Anemia due to bleeding during menstruation.
