Shipping Policy
We are offering worldwide delivery of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code/zip code and telephone / mobile number.
We provide tracking details once order has been shipped and our customer can check the real-time location of the shipment and expected delivery date of the shipment. Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in Australia as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
Once dispatching the order, if order/product will return to us because of an incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.
- Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

Transit Risk:
BuyDox is not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the postal / courier agency. Customers will need to contact the local delivery service in these scenarios. The customer can provide us with detailed information and with that information, we will also assist the customer in dealing with the courier/delivery service from our end.
What happens if my order is lost in transit:
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address change requests:
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address change requests may be possible within 24 hours of placing the order but not guaranteed. You may send your alteration request to suport@buydox.com and we will try our best to change but may not be.
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip/postcode do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not buydox.com . Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
